Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Student Services Representative. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our students and graduates and ensuring their satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our company.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person, resolve issues,
- Assist students in navigating our Learning Management and troubleshoot any technical difficulties they may encounter,
- Once properly trained provide career services to students and graduates,
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in our (CRM) systems,
- Once properly trained, establish regular contact with the employer community to assist graduates with career services,
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by actively seeking feedback and implementing necessary improvements,
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information to students and graduates,
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet,
- Experience in career services in higher education is highly desirable.
