Client Service Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and sales representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, learning about the laboratory industry, and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Register new accounts in our Laboratory Information System

· Develop positive relationships with our clients

· Answer emails/phone calls

· Constructing and helping with shipping supply orders

· Acts as a liaison among sales representatives, physicians, clinic staff, laboratory and relays information

· Help create/maintain various reports

· Work closely with other departments

· Inventory checks/ordering supplies

· Other duties assigned as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office programs – Outlook, Excel, Word Document, Power Point

REQUIREMENTS:

· MUST be reliable and dependable

· MUST have reliable transportation

· Communication is critical

· Professional

· Able to follow instructions

· Possess the ability to keep sensitive information confidential

· Complete HIPAA training upon hire

· Great customer service

· Team player

· Clean background check

· Adaptable to change

· Work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 7:00AM – 3:00 PM

Pay: $19-$20.00 per hour

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
