SalaryMulti-state legal recoveries Firm has an immediate opening for upbeat, team-oriented individuals. We are adding to our rapidly growing Client Liaison team.
As a member of the Client Liaison team, the primary function is to work closely with clients and build strong professional relationships between the Firm and its Clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Account level status updates and special handling
- Ownership of specific client work standards
- Audit oversight and participation in those audits as well as Client calls
- Daily, weekly, monthly audits
- Client specific file monitoring and inquiries
- Distribution of client communication
- Exception reporting
- Oversight of client management to ensure contractual commitments are met
- Accountable for the Client relationship and overall client satisfaction
- Other duties as outlined by our Clients or as needs arise
Required skills and experience:
- Stable, long term employment in a client relationship management role
- Professional, positive attitude
- Creative problem-solving capabilities
- Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail
- Customer Service oriented
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work individually or as part of a coordinated team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Collection Industry knowledge is helpful
Salary dependent upon qualifications.
