Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Project management from beginning to end
- Email and phone correspondence
- Customer service to build and maintain relationships
- Experience working with time-critical projects
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Pay: $17/hour
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- 1+ years of client customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience working with a phone system
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
