We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a background in medical billing, technology and communication to help onboard new clients and to show product demonstrations. As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for guiding clients through the process of onboarding, answering questions and troubleshooting technical issues. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, have previous experience working in medical billing and enjoy interacting with people.
Responsibilities:
- Answer client questions about company products and services.
- Present potential clients with product demonstrations and new clients with product trainings
- Make sure tasks are done in a timely manner by communicating with multiple teams
- Manage client requests by helping to resolve problems, explain policies, and solve technical issues.
- Be a point of contact for new clients and make sure client boarding process is being done in a timely manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
