- Manage and maintain customer accounts, including updating contact information and resolving any issues or concerns
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Take payments over the phone
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in products or services
- Assist with sales activities by providing product information and upselling opportunities
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to track customer interactions
