Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- 1+ years of customer service experience; experience in dispatch and order processing a plus.
- Communicate at multiple levels both internally and externally
- Technical understanding and aptitude
- Documentation skills
- Decision making and time management
- Experience in Support ticketing software
- Ability to use a personal computer. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
- Strong organization/communication skills
- Reliability, Accountability, Responsibility, and a team player
