Job Description
Centric is seeking a Client Experience Liaison / Office Manager to assist us in our mission of helping clients live their best life and reach their financial goals. This is your chance to play a key role in the future success of our fast-growing firm. Your role plays an important role in setting the tone for the firm. As the first and last person clients see when they are in the office, you are instrumental in making sure clients have a positive experience. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for our clients regarding service requests.

Essential Functions

  • Cordially and professionally answer incoming calls, greet clients, take messages, and manage our front desk.
  • Engage directly with clients and advisors, providing assistance with administrative tasks.
  • Manage the calendar; set appointments and meetings for Advisors. Attend meetings as requested.
  • Arrange lunch and dinner reservations for client meetings as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of conference rooms, break room facilities, and front desk.
  • Utilize our Centec CRM application proficiently to execute various tasks, including task submission/assignment, running dialogues (onboarding/offboarding of clients, new contracts, etc.), and managing contact information.
  • Interact with Advisors to prepare and submit client paperwork on DocuSign & Adobe Sign and facilitate money movements and account maintenance request on behalf of our clients through our Custodian platforms with Schwab and Fidelity. 
  • Handle diverse administrative duties, including filing, scanning, mailing/FedEx, and contribute to special projects, such as organizing client or employee events. 

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • College Graduate (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service experience in a business to consumer environment required.

Work Experience required to competently achieve responsibilities

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency – specifically ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer focus
  • Valid State Driver's License
  • Previous back-office operations or executive/administrative assistant experience (preferred); experience in financial planning, securities industry, trust and estates, or a law firm is a plus

Physical Demands

  • Lifting less than 20 lbs.

  • Ability to work in an office environment.
