The Client Service Associate will be the point of contact for all Client Service related needs. Will provide service on all accounts, from opening new accounts to handling active client requests and questions. Will be relied on heavily for both professional and personal support in a fast-paced environment. This is a Client Service position. It requires a dedicated person, willing to work hard, and where quality is not compromised. Will also serve as backup for other office duties.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain calendar and database for Financial Advisor
- Analyzing reports to determine appropriate action to be taken on behalf of client accounts
- Researching client issues
- Prepare for appointments
- Collect, organize, and synthesize personal and financial client information
- Opening, closing, transferring, and maintaining accounts
- Prepare and verify information for client forms, applications, and other documents
- Update and maintain client database
- General office duties, i.e. answer phone, USPS,UPS
- Finance or Financial Planning background preferred
- Ability to interact successfully with high income clients
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills, including in-depth internet knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently to research and resolve client issues
- Must have an understanding of appropriate paperwork and procedures necessary to process transactions
- Confidentiality is a MUST
- Comfortable working with executive level officers
- Must be a problem solver and a goal-oriented team player who is willing to complete any job necessary within the firm
