Our Hospital is seeking a capable Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with patients and clients in a fast-pace setting and interacting with the management staff to develop new protocols and help improve work flow. A successful candidate will need to be passionate about helping patients and their people, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
To Be Considered:
- Previous veterinary receptionist experience preferred but not required.
- Be organized and on time.
- Always be driven to improve.
- Communicate and collaborate in a cohesive team environment.
- Able to function within a busy, stressful work environment in a mature, professional manner.
- Love people as much as animals.
Responsibilities:
- Prompt and friendly greeting of clients
- Answering phones, taking messages, and completing all follow-up calls.
- Taking pharmacy requests and filling certain medications.
- Check patients in and processing payments.
- Full working knowledge of ezyVet.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Entering new client/patient information into ezyVet.
- Maintain excellent time management skills.
- Provide timely client communication and education regarding various pet services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $24.00 per hour
