Client Services Representative

Bishop Gold Group is seeking a dedicated Client Services Representative to join our growing team in our West LA office.

This role is responsible for following up with customers and setting appointments for the head of the department, and may assist with account statements, retirement account distributions and data entry on new and existing accounts. The chosen candidate must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, as well as a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Experience working within the Precious Metals space or with Retirement account products is highly preferred.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
• Review and prioritize incoming requests from customers and the sales team
• Set appointments for customers cash liquidations and IRA distributions
• Maintain customer accounts and update contact information regularly
• Ensure any necessary paperwork is completed quickly and accurately
• Ownership of the customer experience and anticipate future questions or needs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications:

• One year of customer service experience in the Precious Metals or financial services space
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and DocuSign a plus

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time
• Constantly operates a telephone, computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
• Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, customers and other third-parties

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00pm PST.
