Client Service Representative
We are a print and promotional products distributor located in Brea, CA. We are a family-owned company that exists to create print management experiences where convenience and creativity come together for our clients.
The Role: We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Client Service professional with expertise in order management and streamlining workflow processes. Our ideal candidate will have experience using cloud-based software and processing information from multiple channels to optimize both the client journey and team productivity.
You will be the liaison between our sales team, production, and our clients. Your goal is to drive customer satisfaction and keep orders & communication moving smoothly from start to finish, always keeping our clients' objectives and deadlines in mind. Our personalized service is an added-value experience for our clients that sets us apart from the rest, so a positive personality and a natural passion for problem-solving are key!
This position requires technical aptitude in computer tools and software, comfort navigating applications, and high-level attention to detail. You must have the ability and instinct to organize data, prioritize tasks, and ensure that each job’s deadline is met. A typical day may include:
- Communicating frequently with clients/sales team/vendors on order updates, concerns, and suggestions
- Downloading and processing purchase orders via multiple channels (email, order form, web store, phone)
- Setting up and maintaining new clients, vendors, and products in our order management software
- Following up on quote requests and orders in production; updating status/notes in the system to reflect the order’s current stage.
- Daily and weekly reporting of orders & inventory to ensure all are processed, delivered, and billed in a timely manner.
- Sourcing products for our sales team based on client requests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
