About Us: VetnCare is a community of 11 AHAA accredited animal hospitals located in the San Francisco Bay. VetnCare provides business support for veterinary hospitals in partnership with veterinarian partners so they can focus on patient care. Summary:
VetnCare is seeking a full time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at our Hercules Pet Clinic in Hercules, CA! Our Client Service Representatives are the first smile our patients see and ensure every pet parent feels welcomed, informed, and well cared for. You will work closely with our hospital staff and provide a great experience for our patients while gaining continuing opportunities to learn new skills. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Acting as client-patient advocate to ensure pet parent has received all pertinent information to the pet's healthcare.
- Checking in and greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Managing appointment schedules and confirming appointments using practice management system.
- Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
- Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
- Acting as client-patient advocate to ensure pet parent has received all pertinent information to the pet's healthcare.
- Hospital maintenance and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer support, Client Services, or a related field
- Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems
- Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents or updating customer profiles/accounts
- Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
- Comfortable with animals
