Client Service Representative

Are you a dynamic, energetic individual with exceptional communication skills? We are looking for a Client Relationship Specialist to join our team and drive positive interactions with our valued clients. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with clients both over the phone and in person to ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized interactions, demonstrating enthusiasm and positivity in every interaction.

Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss their Drive Planning needs, provide guidance, and offer solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Phone Support: Handle inbound client calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support as needed.

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, including Drive Planning tools and methodologies, to effectively assist clients and answer their questions.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, with a track record of building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Proficiency with Apple products and Google Workspace.

Enthusiastic and upbeat attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
