Position Overview: The Remote Cash Capture Client Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support and service to clients utilizing Remote Cash Capture solutions. This role involves assisting clients with technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with the company's products and services. This position is a hybrid position with onsite days of Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support:
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to client inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with onboarding, setup, and troubleshooting of Remote Cash Capture solutions.
- Guide clients through software functionalities and processes, ensuring they fully understand the product.
Issue Resolution:
- Diagnose technical issues reported by clients and work to resolve them promptly or escalate as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to address complex technical challenges and ensure timely issue resolution.
Relationship Building:
- Build strong rapport with clients, acting as a primary point of contact and establishing yourself as a trusted resource.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's Remote Cash Capture solutions, staying updated on features, updates, and enhancements.
- Proactively communicate product changes or updates to clients as relevant.
Documentation:
- Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM or ticketing system.
- Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles and FAQs to assist clients with self-service.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that client interactions meet quality standards and align with company guidelines.
- Participate in quality monitoring programs and continuously strive for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Operations to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles, preferably within the financial or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information in an understandable manner.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with Remote Cash Capture solutions, banking operations, or payment processing is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and ticketing tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
Working Conditions: This is a hybrid/remote position. When remote requiring a reliable internet connection and a suitable and quiet workspace. The role may involve and require travel for occasional team meetings or training sessions conducted in person.
