Serves as a liaison and resource to the technical laboratory staff in problem- solving activities relates to outreach specimen collection, processing, reporting, and courier activities.
- Answers and handles a heavy volume of incoming calls.
- Resolves issues when possible, logging problems and outcome to the appropriate resource as necessary.
Assists the registration, phlebotomy, courier, and Client Services staffs as needed to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Assesses problems and resolves in an effective and timely manner.
Reports test results.
