Client Service Associate

Core Role:
Provides non-advice related support to clients, including setup and maintenance of client accounts, compiling and completing custodian and onboarding paperwork, reviewing and maintaining client transactions and activity, processing journal/wire/transfer requests from/to client accounts, execution of asset transfers, preparation of reports and queries, contacting clients on account-related administrative issues, and supporting lead planners as needed with various client matters.

Supplemental Roles:
Phone answering, greeting visitors, compliance support, operations tasks, investment management fee billing, generating and distributing quarterly performance reports, and special projects, including processing RMD distributions, 1099 collection and distribution.

Minimum Required Designations for Role:
No designations are required. Qualifications for role are related to work experience and education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,750.00 - $96,250.00 per year
