Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate. This role involves efficiently managing paperwork, providing crucial support to our team of advisors, and fostering positive relationships with our clients. The position is available part-time or full-time, offering flexibility to the right candidate.
- Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time W-2 position
- Location: Hoffman Estates, IL
- Hours: Hybrid; must be able to travel to the office at least one day a week
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ($20-$25), commensurate with experience

About You:
- Preferred experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong Client Service and technical skills
- Knowledge of wealth management and financial planning concepts (a plus)
- Reliable, consistent, independent, and proactive team player
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Paperwork Management: Prepare, review, process, and track paperwork for client accounts, transactions, and other financial documentation. Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Team Support: Collaborate with a team of advisors to streamline administrative processes and enhance overall efficiency. Act as a liaison between advisors and clients, facilitating clear communication and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. Respond to client inquiries, schedule appointments, resolve technical issues, and provide necessary information to meet client needs.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Embrace and adapt to changes in processes, technology, and industry regulations. Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
