Step into an instrumental role in a Private Wealth Advisory firm that offers a full range of financial planning services. This position has a key role in coordinating communications to and from our clients and supporting the work of our advisory team. Role requires being on-site 4-5 days/week.
Position Functions:
- Schedule client appointments and prepare agendas/ forms for appointments
- Maintain client contact management system & generate reports
- Conduct client appointment reminder calls and check-in calls on follow up items
- Greet and extend hospitality to clients upon arrival at office
- Document client contacts/calls
- Administer ongoing systematic marketing communications to clients/prospects
- Support the coordination of client appreciation and marketing events
- Respond to basic level inquiries from clients via phone or email

- Strong interest or past experience in the retail financial services industry a plus
Commitments / Rewards
- Weekly commitment of 30-40 hours
- Annual compensation range: $45,000-$55,000 commensurate with experience and skills
