Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to ensure their needs are met
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as necessary
- Assist clients with information and updates
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients and provide additional support and address concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely resolution
- Provide recommendations based on client needs and preferences
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately input client information into the database
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
