Client Relations Associate

Our firm is currently seeking an individual to join our team as an innovative, entry-level Client Relations Associate. We combine divergent skill sets and services to create integrated campaigns and compelling customer experiences. We know the importance of connecting brands with their audience, which is why we utilize our expertise and knowledge to help our clients plan and enter into new and existing markets. Our focus is on creating new customers and retaining the current consumer base through personal interactions. We have found success in adding a personal touch to the consumer experience. As an entry-level team member, the Client Relations Associate will be responsible for working directly with customers and representing our clients with the utmost professionalism. This person should be consumer-centric and possess impeccable communication, interpersonal skills, and entry-level knowledge of customer service.

The Client Relations Associate Will be Responsible for:

• Mastering all client product and service knowledge
• Answering any consumer questions and representing the client according to all compliant guidelines
• Completing new product and service purchases using our POS system
• Recommending products and services according to consumer needs and wants
• Recording results of interactions with consumers and bringing results back to clients
• Attending daily team planning meetings and entry-level training to contribute individual ideas
• Provide feedback to clients on how to better improve processes
• Work closely with other entry-level and senior team members and trade best practices

The Client Relations Associate Should Have:

• A Higher education degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Entry-level knowledge and experience working in a customer-driven environment
• A love for learning and a want to go above and beyond
• A team spirit and ability to work well with others as well as solo
• An innovative spirit and resilient attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work setting:

• In-person
