The CRM Manager is responsible for the overall marketing of the CF|CO brands (Max Mara AND Weekend Max Mara) to improve sales performance, nurture Client Relations, and increase profitability for the company. The CRM Manager will be responsible for the collaboration, development, maintenance, operational use, and performance accountability of the company’s customer relationship management program.
The CRM Manager is responsible for all company-wide marketing functions with the unified goal of increasing store revenue. This includes the planning and execution of revenue generating events, increasing sales volume through enriching long-term clientele retention creatively, and by garnering new clientele generation via non-profit and community outreach and retention.
Additionally, the CRM Manager will attract and recruit overall talent to the stores and consistently add value to the store positions with training, development, and overall employee enrichment experiences.
This individual will be an integral part of the organization, with a focus on driving sales and supporting and leading each store’s managers and team to their maximum potential.

Pay: $120,000.00 per year
