Job Title:Client Engagement Manager

Zomo Health is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced well-being professional to manage and support Zomo Health clients.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients and prospects on their wellness strategy and personally deliver engaging and compelling presentations in collaboration with the Zomo Health team members to close new business and drive client satisfaction.
• Develops and implements wellness programs that will help drive Zomo Health clients to their primary care doctor which will help drive down health insurance costs and keep their employees healthy.
• Reviews all medical data to evaluate results of the programs in relation to the programs purposes and goals and use this data to make program improvement recommendations.
• Stays current on industry trends, developments, legislation, practices and standards to lead the design and development of compliant wellness programs.
• Provides a 1st class wellness experience for clients which will help in retention and long-term growth of the relationship.
• Protects confidentiality of employee information, data and intellectual property and ensures compliance with national health information protection guidelines.
• Performs all duties as assigned by the Vice President, Account Management and Consulting
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required:

This position requires a minimum of a formal education master’s degree in a health-related field and 3 to 5 years of experience working in health promotion or health related programming. Excellent organizational, facilitation and communication skill. Effective written and verbal skills. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
