Responsibilities:
Serve as the client’s main point of contact for inquiries regarding account information, online access, documentation and reporting
Handle the daily review and maintenance of client accounts, including any administrative changes or cash/security movements and insufficient funds for scheduled remittances
Interact with operations and middle office to resolve any account discrepancies
Process account openings/closings, transfers, address changes and other client requests
Prepare materials for portfolio review meetings
Perform adhoc projects as needed
Provide administrative support for portfolio managers, answering phones and scheduling meetings with clients
Qualifications:
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills (with a desire to build relationships with clients)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Team oriented yet work independently with minimal supervision
Series 7 & 63/65 or 66 licenses preferred or ability to obtain within firm’s required timeline
Helpful to have exposure to Financial Services or Asset Management industry
Plus to have an interest in financial planning
Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
