Publicis Sapient is looking for highly skilled and experienced Sr. Client Finance Associate, specializing in our Strategy capacity, to join our dynamic Finance team. Your Impact:
- Work closely with senior manager to provide comprehensive financial reporting and analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and enhancing operating performance for the Strategy capability.
- Provide expert guidance and analysis on forecasting, P&L analysis, budgeting, and operational efficiency, using industry-leading practices.
- Collaborate with the Strategy financial planning and analysis team as well as Strategy industry leaders to analyze and provide insightful context on results.
- Coordinate data gathering and reporting for senior finance and business management, including KPIs and metrics, to share actionable insights across the organization. Provide informed recommendations and implement best practices to tackle critical business challenges.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Client Finance and Senior Manager to design and implement efficient financial processes and operations, emphasizing the significance of accuracy and timely submission of data, in line with industry benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including North America and International Client Finance teams, Capacity, Operations, Business, and Country CFOs, to optimize financial processes, enhancing communication, capability reporting, labor usage, and ease of compilation.
- Manage ad hoc requests, process management, and special projects, including internal restructures, financial re-statements, labor and utilization analytics, Power BI dashboard data validation, Persuasive Evidence (PE) reporting, and adjusted financials, ensuring successful completion of assigned duties.
Qualifications
Your Skills and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Client Finance and/or Financial Reporting.
- Proven track record of independently working on projects to successful completion, problem-solving, and adhering to required timelines.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex metrics and financial topics clearly and accurately to internal teams and management at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, conceptualize, develop, and refine innovative financial/ operational models.
- Proficiency in interpreting financial results and key ratios to analyze and forecast trends.
- Superior Excel skills, including experience in financial/operational model building and comfort with building and using advanced formulas.
- Excellent ability to build and leverage strong relationships and trust within a team and with stakeholders across an organization.

Additional Information
Pay Range: $75,000 - $146,000
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
