Job responsibilities: Responsible for all administrative functions related to the processing of student schedules in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential functions:
Perform duties including data entry, student scheduling, interpretation and analysis of test data.
Monitor student progress to ensure timely completion of DOL-required courses.
Provide form control functions including revision/developing forms, monitoring supplies and reordering forms as needed.
Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.
Prepare weekly class loading and staff utilization reports.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year's related experience.
A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
