Updates computerized menu program using current diet census with diet changes and correct menus before each meal for all newly admitted and transferred patient; remove/delete all discharged accordingly. Prepares assigned reports as needed. Provide clinical Nutrition Manager with patient Coumadin list daily as needed.
Modify or correct menus based on patient's diet orders including allergies, food intolerance, texture and preferences (likes/dislikes) when appropriate; utilize meal patterns when indicated such as for diabetic, renal, fluid restricted diets, thickened liquids, etc. Minimum Qualifications 1. A high school diploma or its educational equivalent; and 2.
Six (6) months of full-time satisfactory clerical experience and/or experience interacting with the public, such as processing sales; taking, processing, and delivering orders; obtaining and dispensing information; listening to and resolving customers concerns, problems, and complaints; and/or performing related customer service activities.
