Clerical Associate

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Clerical Associate. This position requires strong administrative and clerical skills, as well as proficiency in medical office procedures. The Clerical Associate will be responsible for providing support in various administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and office organization.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors

- Schedulemeetings and maintain calendars for staff members

- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information

- Manage and organize files, both physical and electronic

- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management

- Assist with billing and invoicing processes

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the office

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a medical / laboratory office or administrative role is preferred

- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of clinical laboratory is a plus
