Clerical Assistant

Busy glass company needing an office clerical. We are looking for a part timer. Must be able to multi task. Busy Office. Answer phone, scheduling, sales over the counter. AP-AR a plus.
Self-motivated. Willing to train the right person. Would like someone that is dependable and that has experience in QuickBooks. Paid holidays after probation period.
Job requirements:

* Self starter and perform tasks with minimal supervision
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
* Excellent customer service and organizational skills
* Solid understanding of basic accounting
* Ability to communicate clearly with excellent verbal, written and listening skills
* Detail oriented
* Proficiency with Quickbooks
* Experience in Sales, A/P and A/R
*Complete daily activity assignments within required timeframes

Pay is based on proven experience and skills. Must be dependable and on time daily!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.64 - $17.64 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 34 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:
