Clerical Assistant

Full-time Clerical Assistant needed at Greenwood and Mount Olivet Funeral Homes.

The Clerical Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks to support the funeral service function of the organization. Work may be performed at all of the company's Fort worth funeral homes. Schedule is generally Monday-Friday, but schedule may rotate to include working an occasional Saturday or Sunday with an alternate day off during the week.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and greet clients in a professional manner
• Process client paperwork; assist with various funeral-related clerical tasks
• Maintain client satisfaction by responding to client needs in a timely manner
• Communicate with coworkers by email or phone when necessary
• Provide lunch/break relief for other clerical staff members
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Desire and flexibility to work at multiple funeral home locations in FW
• Advanced verbal communication skills and high level of professionalism.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a great level of customer service.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Able to work with little to no supervision.
• Detail oriented and able to take direction well.
• Good computer skills and previous office experience.
• Willingness and ability to meet a strict, conservative business dress code

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
