Teamsters Local Union 2785 Job Posting Clerical Administrator:

• Handle all clerical work in the Local, including but not limited to :
• Answering phones, distributing, and responding to faxes.
• Cost of Transfers.
• Typing letters and grievances.
• Filing and making copies.
• Posting dues monies and checks.
• Check-off processing and billing.
• Processing month-end reports.
• Sending mailers, opening and distributing incoming mail.
• Routine data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel knowledge.
• Troubleshooting members' issues.
• Processing of health & welfare enrollment forms.
• Multitask, good judgment in prioritizing, and fast learner.
• Bilingual - fluent English/Chinese/Mandarin speaking and writing preferred. Compensation: Hourly wage based on experience.
