Address IvyMax Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join the accounting team as a full/part-time employee. The accountant will perform a range of accounting, and bookkeeping functions-QuickBooks, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager. This job opportunity is part-time, non-exempt, the part time hours ranging from 20 to 28 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Review, and reconcile Accounts Receivable and then enter data into QB.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Reconcile credit card statements.
Process reimbursement, referral and refund checks.
Run monthly sales reports.
Assist with external and internal audit requests as needed.
Organize and maintain bank, merchant/credit card account statements.
Qualifications:
An associate degree in accounting, Business Administration is required.
Ability to multi-task and handle high-volume work.
At least one years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing experience.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent mathematical aptitude with attention to detail.
QuickBooks experience is a plus.
Work in a fast pace working environment and welcomes challenges.
Respond to inquiries including staff, students/parents, both in written and oral with English and Mandarin.
Education Requirements:
College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
