Cleared Hwil Simulation Engineer

Summary: Seeking an experienced Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) Simulation Engineer to support a missile program simulation and performance analysis team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant STEM Discipline (Electrical/Computer/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering), or Computer Science

• 3+ years of experience in design, development, and testing of Hardware-In-The-Loop simulation environments

• 3+ years of C++ programming experience

• 2+ years of low-level driver programming experience

• 2+ years of hardware/software integration

• 2+ years of experience in electrical and data interface design

• 2+ years of Perl programming experience

• 2+ years of Python programming experience

• 2+ years of Matlab programming experience

Preferred Skills:

• C++ Programming Experience In Embedded Systems

• Ada Programming Experience In Embedded Systems

• Experience in Agile software development

• Experience using version control systems such as git

• Active Top Secret Clearance

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing HWIL subsystems including electrical diagrams

• Designing low level drivers for different components to transmit power, data, discrete, and analog signals

• Designing simulation interfaces in C++

• Creating and modifying HIL analysis tools using Perl, Python, and Matlab

• Creating Simulation Description Documents (SDDs) and Analysis Documents (ANAs)

• Supporting algorithm development and performance analysis groups in system verification activities.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
