Overview:

This person will be responsible for assisting with the company's launch and ensuring everything needed for operations is in order. Once operations begin, this position will be quoting jobs, training & running crews, using their experience to advise ownership on operating decisions. Responsibilities
- Training new hires
- Answering phone and providing customers with quotes
- Assisting with finding and ordering cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist crews on jobs
- Help crew leaders as needed
- Directly address any issues that arise from customers, and train staff to do the same
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning
- Team management experience
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
