Evening Area Manager For Commercial Cleaning

We are growing and want you to consider an Account Manager opportunity with Office Pride of SWFL!! We service Lee, Collier and Charlotte Counties.

Full-time Sunday - Thursday, Gas & Phone Allowance.

Compensation:

· Salary $17.00 - 22.00/hour

· Opportunity to earn commission on sales of additional services.

Must be over the age of 21 with a Valid Florida Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the accounts in your assigned area. Including meeting with customers and resolving issues. Quality control checks of area services.
• Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
• Manage, mentor discipline, and resolve minor issues with cleaners.
• Submit weekly KPIs and nightly reports.
• Coordinate cleaner’s schedules.
• Interview and hire cleaners.

We are a local Commercial Cleaning Company serving the Lee, Collier, and Charlotte County Areas that is looking for an Account Manager. This is a hands-on position, not an office position. In this position you will be working with our team on a daily basis working with our front-line employees, checking accounts, training new employees, re-supplying accounts, and cleaning.

This position reports to the Operations Team. The individual selected must be capable of working with little supervision, have good people skills and be a problem solver.
