Job Description
- Follow and promote USAD Safety Standards.
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with local customers at plant level.
- Oversee and mentor crew leaders and members, work a flexible schedule, extended work hours associated with overnight and extended travel.
- Must be willing to work in industrial environments and adverse weather conditions.
- Present, promote and sell all service lines to existing prospective customers.
- Visit customer sites on a regular basis which will require a significant amount of travel.
- Ensure purchase orders are acquired before work begins.
- Verify work tickets are complete and coincide with purchase orders.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback, follow-up with management on any employee, client, or work issues.
- Knowledge of the local industry, safety, and compliance regulations.
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in a supervisory role in a related industry, experience in sales a plus.
- Interpersonal communication, written and oral presentation skills.
- Professional presentation, is confident in ability to promote service lines and manage work.
- Organizational skills—able to prioritize responsibilities.
- Sound decision making, dependability, strong leadership, coaching, active listening, team, and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office Suites computer skills.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customer to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
