Are you passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service? Do you have call center experience? If so, join our team at iA American as a Customer Service Representative, handling claims-related inquiries!
What you'll do:
- Communicate effectively with dealerships, credit unions, agents, and contract holders through written and verbal channels.
- Provide cancellation quotes and confirm valid contracts received.
- Collaborate with various departments and personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle 50-70 calls per day.
Who you are:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of Customer Service/call center experience.
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
- Savvy with technology.
- Automotive or dealership experience is a plus but not required.
