Civil Sector Finance, Vice President
Key Role:
Lead one of the firm's Sector P&Ls, including the day-to-day financial management of the overall business and the long-term strategic business objectives. Engage regularly with senior operational executives at the firm and lead discussions and activities required to achieve the sector's financial goals. Coordinate the activities of an approximately 100-person program finance team in the Civil Sector, including managing and implementing a bottoms-up forecasting process and identifying and managing risk effectively in accordance with the firm's ERM process and talent assessment. Manage across a complex and matrixed organization and provide insights about business performance to corporate and senior leadership. Lead in alignment with the firm's values while creating a cohesive community of practice filled with development and learning opportunities amongst the Finance talent base. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience with leadership in the accounting and finance function of a high performing professional services provider
• Experience leading the finance function of a professional services provider in detailed exposure to best practices with annual planning and financial analysis
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including integrating entities into a standardized and organized financial performance model
• Experience managing financial operations of a services business
• Experience as a finance executive who has ascended the ranks and can advise, direct, and lead a team in a collaborative, hands-on manner
• Experience with accounting
• Knowledge of ERP accounting systems, including Oracle
• Ability to identify, recruit, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a robust team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with finance and accounting at a government services provider
• Experience leading an FP&A function for a government services provider
• Ability to display a boardroom presence
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external constituents
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $225,000.00 to $400,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
