The Opportunity
In your role as Regional Vice President, New Business Sales you will generate your income by hunting new logos. Through the Teladoc platform you’ll help our prospective clients reduce costs and improve outcomes for their employees and loved ones with chronic and behavioral conditions, and general healthcare needs. You’ll sell Teladoc Health’s comprehensive solutions to HR/Benefits decision-makers within corporations having more than 8,000 employees. You will be assigned a geographic territory. Ideal candidates will live in the South-Central part of the US.

You will have the flexibility to create strategy, pioneer, innovate and lead. This is a challenging and gratifying position offering amazing growth and income potential. Approximately 60% travel will be required in the beginning as you build relationships and scale down to 50% from there.
Responsibilities
- Grow Teladoc Health’s book of enterprise clients by selling to employers having over 8K employees
- Build strategic relationships within your target accounts, across a matrix of roles and areas of expertise, including executive-level personnel
- Construct powerful presentations that defines Teladoc Health’s value proposition to executive-level clients
- Develop an operating calendar, detailed account plan/forecast and account planning/mapping process
- Work closely with internal partners – including product, clinical, data science, implementation, reporting, legal and finance personnel – to deliver on Teladoc Health’s side of the strategic roadmap
- Maximize, drive and achieve bookings, revenue and margin goals while staying within the allocated budget
- Demonstrate a broad comprehension of the customer’s needs, market trends, industry challenges, major players, relevant products and technologies
- Be results oriented, organized, efficient and resourceful team player at ease in a dynamic collaborative environment
- Be able to interact well with internal associates at all levels and across multiple lines of business
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years’ experience in a business-to-business selling environment with regulated medical products, technology or healthcare
- A demonstrated ability to achieve sales quota
- Skilled delivery of engaging, compelling sales and product presentations, in small and large group settings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated comfort and finesse communicating with senior leadership teams
- Energy and passion for teamwork and collaboration
- Strong prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation and closing skills
- The ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- A results-oriented approach and take-charge attitude
- Enthusiasm for business travel
- Preference is a candidate who lives in Texas, or South Central part of US.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline
The base salary range for this position is $155,000.00 - $165,000.00+ . In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for commission, RSU’s, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024 . Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
