POSITION OVERVIEW
Under the direction and supervision of the Senior Process Improvement Manager, the IT Administrative Assistant successfully assists with the maintenance of documentation within internal systems, performs regular audits to internal knowledge bases, and provides administrative support during the Corporate Onboarding process. This role will also offer support to various interdepartmental groups withing the IT division as needed. Hours will be 10:00 am to 5:00 pm PST (6 hour shift, 1 hour lunch/break) but position is Fully Remote.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
In this capacity, the IT Admin Assistant will provide administrative support for the IT division, including:
- Documentation updates to internal knowledge bases;
- Supports coordination of Corporate Onboarding process;
- Circulates informational documents via email in support of the IT division;
- Provides administrative support to interdepartmental groups within the IT division as needed;
- 30 hour weeks.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
- 1-3 years administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various team members
- Organization & Time management skills
- Adaptability and the inclination to learn new technologies and workflows
