SalaryBe that friendly face that the patients see first! Busy chiropractic office looking for a Front Desk Receptionist in the afternoons and Friday mornings!
HOURS: Monday-Thursday 7:30-12:30 some Wednesdays until 1:30
PART TIME ONLY- 20-25 hours/week
- Check in patients at the Front Desk and collect insurance information
- Answer phones and relay all insurance, lawyer correspondence, and personal injury cases to the doctor
- Keep the Front Desk organized, make patient charts, update files in the system, and do all the ordering of supplies for the office
- Phone logs- call patients the day before their appointment and keep the appointment calendar up to date
- Provide letters as requested by the doctor for patients such as work restrictions, days off requests, healthcare supplies needed tax free, etc
- Learn the scheduling system and how to input all patient data
- Learn the opening and closing procedures of the office as closing times are fluid depending on the needs of the patients
- Assist the doctor as needed/requested
- Positive attitude and people skills are a must
Previous receptionist skills are a plus, but not required as we are willing to train the right person!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
