Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Have excellent people skills/customer service
- A minimum of 2 years of reception (medical/chiropractic preferred) is required.
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent phone skills
Duties:
- Schedule new and existing patients
- Greet patients making them feel welcome
- Intake new patients
- Answering phones
- Managing patient schedules ensuring patients are following their treatment plan
- Referring patients for MRI/imaging
- Managing Excel spreadsheets
- Scheduling physical therapy appointments
