Chiropractic Assistant

As an essential team member, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of clinical and administrative duties, including patient scheduling, administrative support, and aiding in therapy procedures. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
• Assisting patient care which includes but not limited to stretching, demonstrating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, soft tissue work, etc. Chiropractic assistants will work under the close supervision of a chiropractic doctor with patient care and patient related needs. We provide training in all areas.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and team player!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or in a related healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other administrative software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Base Rate: starting $16 per hour + TIPS

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
