We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and clinical support to ensure the smooth operation of our chiropractic office. Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect patient information and update electronic health records using Dentrix, Epic, or Eaglesoft
- Assist with marketing events.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Process insurance claims and verify coverage for chiropractic services
- Handle phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines efficiently
- Love to learn and self- improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff members
Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.06 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
