Our office is looking for a dedicated assistant with strong organizational and communication skills who is interested in helping us provide the best chiropractic care possible to the patients who come to our office. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and will be able to gather, organize, and facilitate patient information. He or she will also have the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the chiropractor in office procedures.
- Prepare patients for treatment.
- Communicate with patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer telephones and greet new patients.
- Create and maintain patient records.
- Coordinate with other office staff members to develop, schedule, and review appointments for all Chiropractic Assistants working in the office.

- Fax and email referral forms
- Communicate with attorneys
- Keep clinic clean, presentable, and fully stocked with supplies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
