DUTIES: Assist with all patient care, front desk, and operational activities in the office. Answer the phone, take appointment details, coordinate with other front desk assistants. Assist the doctors as necessary, anticipate needs of support staff and doctors, assist the patient with the completion of associated forms (as necessary), answer questions, assist with composing correspondence. Follow up with marketing events, setting up events, calling companies to schedule events.
REQUIREMENTS: Excellent telephone voice and manners. Friendly with patients. Excellent ability to communicate. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn software programs. Excellent typing skills with accuracy. Capable of working closely with peers, interacting with clients, organizing and prioritizing.
Hours are Monday- Thursday (7:30AM-5:30PM) Fridays 8:00AM-12:00PM
Salary Depends on work experience Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
