Chiropractic Assistant

We are a thriving office seeking team members for a high-energy Chiropractic Assistant to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, highly organized, passionate, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ability to deal with a wide variety of people and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining outstanding customer service is required. Must be able to answer phones, interact with patients, and be a team-player.

This position is approximately 20 hours per week. This could vary slightly depending on holidays, filling in for other staff, etc. Mondays and Fridays would be 8:30-12:30 and 2:00-6:00. Wednesdays would be 8:30-12:30.

Responsibilities include:

- Scheduling appointments

- Answering phone calls and emails

- Verifying patients’ insurance and submitting insurance forms

- Greeting and checking in patients

- Cleaning and preparing rooms

- Keeping accurate records and documentation

- Other duties as assigned

Chiropractic Assistant Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• You do not need to have your Chiropractic Assistant Certification. We will pay for you to complete this.
