The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will report to the CEO and will have primary responsibility for the supervision of the member services (deposits, loans, and electronic services), Finance and Accounting, Budgeting and Forecasting, IT, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, HR, and day-to-day administration of the Banks’s Branches and facilities, ensuring that the Bank performs and operates profitably and to the highest standards. The COO will be part of the executive team and will hold a key role within our organization.
The COO’s responsibilities will include:
Increase Cross-Sales, New Sales, and overall Revenue. Increase Net Income. Manage Costs. Increase Productivity. Plan Capital Expenditures. Manage all Operations. Closely monitor progress. Build a Culture of Excellence. Execute the Strategic Plan.
