General Summary: Responsible for directing the fiscal function of the corporation in accordance with industry standards and in accordance with the mission of the organization. Is cognizant of issues and events occurring/developing both inside and external to the Life Plan Community field, recognizes their potential impact on the organization and used the information to collaborate with other Covenant Woods management to determine appropriate courses of action. Responsible for the effective, efficient, and cohesive management of all staff within the department and for the leadership development of direct reports. Ensures that Covenant Woods’ staff understand and comply with business and financial requirements and regulations.
