Position Overview:

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will be responsible for supporting each of the enterprises, assisting in developing business strategies and managing their affairs to achieve our various business objectives to increase profitability and growth.

Essential Job Functions:

• Demonstrable experience in building and leading a high-caliber FP&A function.
• Demonstrable improvement in delivering finance KPIs, e.g., month-end-close / reporting timelines, quality of reporting, department productivity.
• Oversee the production of timely and accurate financial statements.
• Support the Exostar in the areas of contracts, personnel issues, legal compliance, legal matters and other issues as required.
• Support Exostar’s negotiations with customers and suppliers.
• Participate in acquisition of investments by Exostar.
• Investment analysis and strategy formulation with the team.
• Participate in all financial analysis.
• Participate in the tax management and tax planning for Exostar.
• Support and participate in the management of the banking, non-bank financing and insurance relationships for Exostar.
• Ability to articulate and deploy the levers that can be used to manage liquidity.
• Experience of effectively managing a company’s cash position including accurate cash flow forecasting and budget development.
• Real estate negotiations, management and administration for Exostar.
• Manage the Corporate IT, legal and enterprise systems teams.
• Experience of leading multiple acquisitions at high volume and pace
• Demonstrable capability to act as primary figure in financial due diligence and coordinating external consultants and stakeholders.
• Experience and high capability in leading post-acquisition integration
• International finance experience a plus, including cross-border treasury, statutory reporting, transfer pricing and taxation.

Preferred Experience / Education

The following indicates specific industry, academic and functional experience/qualifications that are important to the successful achievement of the identified responsibilities and performance deliverables.

• MBA or CPA / Big 4 background preferred.
• Extensive direct private equity SaaS experience with operating businesses at the senior level within the finance function.
• A career that includes working with private equity ownership, and having scaled companies with ARR of at least $100m.
